Junko Furuta

Furuta was born on 18 January 1971 and grew up in Misato, Saitama Prefecture, where she lived with her parents, older brother, and younger brother. At the time of her murder, she was a 17-year-old senior at Yashio-Minami High School. She worked a part-time job at a plastic molding factory from October 1988 to save up money for a planned graduation trip. Furuta accepted a job at an electronics retailer, where she planned on working after graduation. Furuta was well liked by her classmates and teachers, having high grades and infrequent absences. According to her friends, she dreamed of becoming an idol singer, on 25 November 1988, she was abducted and kept captive more than 40 days at a family-home. on the day of 4 January 1989 she had passed away due to her injuries being so severe. we must live on to remember and keep her name alive, her name and story needs to be heard because justice wasnt served right.
