This page was created in loving memory of 𝐄𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐨 𝐚.𝐤.𝐚. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐀. 𝐌𝐤𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐠, 𝐄𝐒𝐕, a man who meant so many things to so many people. To us, he was our father, our guide, our protector, and our teacher. To others, he was a friend, a brother, a colleague, a mentor, and a man whose kindness and wisdom left a lasting mark.

A person’s true wealth is not measured by what they own, but by the lives they touched. By that measure, our father lived a truly rich life.

Though his physical presence is no longer with us, the memories, lessons, and love he shared continue to live on in all of us. Whether through his laughter, his stories, his discipline, or his generosity, the way he showed up for people will forever remain in our hearts.
