Thomas Issac Abbott

Thomas I. Abbott, 59, Confluence, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at UPMC Altoona. He was born October 29, 1966 in Canton, OH, a son of the late Joseph F., Sr. and Margaret M. (Williams) Abbott. He is survived by sons, Thomas, Jr. and Robert (Elizabeth) Abbott and a daughter, Destiney Scott, all of Confluence; grandchildren, Anthony Keyton and Robert, Jr. and Hudson Abbott; sisters, Sandra Baker (James Conn), Joanne Daugherty, Esther King, Nancy Abbott, Josephine Spittal (Samuel) and Brenda Rugg (Jody); brothers, Joseph Abbott, Jr. (Sue) and Jonathan Abbott (Betty); lifelong friends, Chuck and Linda Heining, Tim McClintock, Mark and Anita Applebee and numerous nieces and nephews. Tom was a 1984 graduate of Turkeyfoot Valley Area High School and a US Navy veteran of the Gulf War. He loved his children and grandchildren and was a loving brother to his siblings, always available to help them after the death of their father.
